About Our Client:
Our client is a highly innovative, medium-sized top 200 UK City law firm that is featured in the Legal 500, with recognised teams in many areas including Property Litigation.
The property litigation team undertakes a wide range of commercial property litigation and contentious residential real estate work, including enfranchisement. Clients include businesses, individuals, charities, insolvency practitioners and healthcare providers.
The Role:
Our client is looking for a solicitor (3 years PQE+) who relishes the challenge of litigation and aims to specialise in property and landlord and tenant work.
Expectations:
- You have some experience in property litigation.
- Able to act independently, using good common sense and initiative. With some guidance and supervision.
- Able to provide commercial advice to clients.
- Contribute to business development activities; seminars/webinars and articles.
