We are delighted to be working with this fantastic boutique firm, known for its excellent work in prime central London real estate litigation. Comprising experts in all aspects of real estate litigation and leasehold work, including:

  • Landlord and Tenant: breaches of lease, licence to alter, debt recovery, sales of freehold
  • Real estate litigation: all contentious property matters such as property fraud, rights of light, boundary disputes and land registry disputes
  • Residential leasehold: statutory and voluntary lease extensions, enfranchisement, right to manage, absentee freeholder matters
  • Commercial litigation: contractual, shareholder, director, partnership and construction disputes as well as defamation, insolvency and injunction

Our client is based in a prestigious London location in the heart of prime central London and works with landlords and tenants across Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Chelsea, Holland Park, Westminster amongst others.

If you are robust yet pragmatic and always strives to obtain the best result for your clients you will fit in well here. The lawyers at this firm are incredibly down to earth but justifiably proud of the excellent reputation and client base they have earned in the relatively short time since the firm’s inception.

There are several opportunities for lawyers with our client at present due to the number and quality of instructions. Those requiring flexible or home working (for those based outside of London) will also be considered:

  1. Property litigator 2+ up to around 7 or 8PQE (although more experience would be considered)
  2. Commercial litigator 4+
  3. Residential / commercial property solicitor 2+ (ideally you are likely to have your own client contacts and referrers of work although there is untapped potential with the firm’s existing clients)
