Title: Property Litigation Solicitor - 3+ PQE
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities of the Property Litigation Solicitor

• Acting for private landlords and commercial businesses in residential and leasehold litigious matters.
• Handling a mixed caseload of property litigation matters, for example, possessions, disrepair, tenancy disputes, lease extensions, service charge disputes, breach of lease covenants, bread of conditions.
• Carrying out own advocacy when needed.

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Property Litigation Solicitor

• 3-6 years PQE within a similar role
• Commercial awareness and business development skills
