Key Responsibilities of the Property Litigation Solicitor

• Manage a full spectrum of property litigation and dispute resolution matters
• Acting for private fee-paying clientele
• Landlord possession, disrepair, tenancy disputes, leaseholds management, service charge disputes, etc
• Advocate in court or tribunal when required
• Supervise junior members of the team
• Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Property Litigation Solicitor

• 3-6 years PQE in property litigation
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Strong business development instincts
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
