Are you an experienced Property Litigator looking for an exciting new challenge?

We are looking for an individual with strong technical expertise in property litigation, able to provide exceptional client service and able to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE. A knowledge of the legal landscape in Birmingham and the West Midlands is an advantage.

This position is with a top tier international firm in Birmingham city centre. The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience in all aspects of contentious property law, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant matters. This is a highly sought-after position with the opportunity to work on unique and complex cases.

This highly successful real estate dispute resolution team advise on high value complex matters to include:

- Asset management of nationwide portfolios
- Contested and uncontested lease renewals
- Breach of covenant disputes
- Possession proceedings
- Advising on the exercise of break options
- Advisory work
- Dilapidations claims and settlement
- Recovery of rent arrears

Skills and experience:
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent academic qualifications.
- Exceptional organisation skills
- High attention to detail
- Provide a first rate client service

This role would suit an enthusiastic and highly organised litigation solicitor who enjoys managing their own case load, working to tight deadlines and assisting senior colleagues on more complex matters.
