The firm is seeking to recruit an ambitious property disputes lawyer to join its thriving commercial litigation team, dealing with a broad range of disputes including dilapidations, forfeiture and beach of covenant, as well as easements, adverse possession, rights of way and trespass matters.
The role is primarily targeted at a qualified lawyer of circa 1-5yr PQE or equivalent, although the firm is also consider more experienced applicants who possess the right sort of background and skill-set. You will be a highly capable lawyer who has handled a broad range of property litigation matters and will be looking to bring this experience to a busy team which offers high good quality work on a regular basis, and where there is excellent scope for career advancement.
