The Role
As a Housing Management Solicitor you would:
- Have the opportunity to join a multi award winning firm that is ranked Tier 1.
- Work with a dynamic market leading team dealing with exceptionally high quality work.
- Support members of the social housing team defending disrepair claims, county court possession claims, injunction applications and issues where tenants have engaged in anti - social behaviour.

The Candidate
To be successful in your application for this vacancy, you will have:
- At least one training seat in housing litigation or a related area or otherwise post qualification experience in these areas.
- Good attention to detail.
- An interest in and aptitude for business development.
- A good teamwork ethic.
- Experience working with housing associations or local authorities (welcomed but not essential.)
