BCL Legal is delighted to be working with this market-leading national law firm to recruit a Property Solicitor/Associate to join their Bristol based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile property development and regeneration projects across the public and private sectors.

The Role

As part of this successful and growing national team, you will:
· Advise on a range of commercial property matters, with a focus on development and regeneration work
· Support private sector clients, as well as local authority, housing, and healthcare clients
· Handle high-profile projects, including:
· Negotiating acquisitions, disposals, and development agreements
· Preparing detailed reports on title
· Managing freehold and leasehold transactions
· Negotiating with bidders during competitive dialogue processes
· This role provides the chance to work on impactful regeneration projects across the country while being part of a supportive and inclusive team

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will:
· Be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE
· Have experience in development and regeneration projects (preferred)
· Possess strong teamwork skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
· Show enthusiasm for business development and networking opportunities
· Have some experience supervising junior team members (desirable)
