Locum Property Lawyer

Remote working, full-time

Our client, a Local Authority based in the Home Counties, is seeking a locum Property Lawyer to join their legal services team on a remote basis for an anticipated period of up to 3 months.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, forward thinking, legal services team.

Responsibilities of the Property Lawyer:

• To provide high quality legal advice to County Council service departments and external clients on property matters and law, and to draft and negotiate appropriate documentation.
• Dealing with property matters, which may include; landlord and tenant, disposals, sales, academy conversions and regeneration projects.

Experience required for the Property Lawyer:

The successful candidate will be experienced in dealing with commercial property matters. Previous commercial property experience gained within Local Government would be beneficial, but not essential.
