THE ROLE
- This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Finance Solicitor to join the Banking and Property Finance team based in Newcastle
- You will be working on a range of property finance matters, advising commercial lenders, lending against the full range of commercial properties, including property portfolios and developments

THE REQUIREMENTS
- The successful candidate will be an experienced Property Finance Solicitor (or an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with experience of funding transactions
- You will ideally have between 3-5 years PQE, although candidates with more of less experience will be considered on their merits
