PROCLAIM DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Up to £50K

Chesham, Buckinghamshire

Client: Multi-office, modern, solicitors practice.

Responsible to: Practice Manager

Person specification - Skills, knowledge, and experience required

  • Minimum of 2+ years Proclaim development experience
  • Knowledge of developing Word Macros
  • Knowledge of Laserforms
  • Experience of interacting with .NET applications
  • High level of general IT skills and knowledge
  • Experience of training staff
  • Experience of working in legal environment

General responsibilities:

  • Proactively develop the firm's Proclaim case management system
  • Promote positive user experience
  • Researching and keeping up to date with developments in Proclaim
  • Meet relevant quality and professional standards
  • Day to day administration of Proclaim

Tasks:

  • Creating and customising workflow documents
  • Developing and enhancing existing Proclaim case management system
  • Testing and implementation of case management coding
  • Production of reports and analysis of business data
  • Screen design
  • Precedent maintenance
  • User configuration
  • Act as a general point of contact for all users and address all issues
  • Liaise directly with Eclipse and third parties to resolve any issues
  • Conduct staff training sessions - including Proclaim inductions for new staff members
  • Routine maintenance and performance monitoring
  • Producing work systems and other processes to enable the efficient running of the firm
  • Other IT tasks as requested
