The Role:

As part of the Private Client team, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse and high-quality caseload, including:

Advising clients on the creation of wills, trusts, and other estate planning tools, aimed at protecting assets and minimising inheritance tax liabilities.
Managing the full estate administration process, from obtaining grants of probate to distributing assets to beneficiaries. You'll work with estates of varying complexity, including those with high-net-worth and international elements.
Advising on the creation and management of trusts (family trusts, charitable trusts, and discretionary trusts), helping clients protect their wealth and ensuring its smooth transition across generations.
Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and advising clients on safeguarding their affairs in the event of mental incapacity, including dealing with Court of Protection applications for more complex cases.
Offering expert advice on inheritance tax and capital gains tax implications in relation to wills, trusts, and probate matters.

About You:

A qualified solicitor with a strong background in private client law and experience managing matters such as wills, probate, trusts, and tax planning.
A minimum of 1years PQE in private client.
Excellent client care skills, with a passion for building lasting relationships and delivering tailored, high-quality advice.
A self-starter with a strong desire to develop and advance your career, aiming to become a leading expert in the field.
