A leading multi office Legal 500 firm are seeking to appoint an experienced Private Law Family Solicitor to join their firm at one of their offices in central Warwickshire.
The Role
The successful Private Law Family Solicitor will handle their own caseload of private law legal aid matters including children, finance matters, injunctions and domestic violence. You will assist the Head of Department in the management of the department and monitor your own caseload progression, compliance, and billing.
Requirements
The ideal Private Law Family Solicitor will be a minimum 3 year' PQE with experience in a similar position, particularly with Legal Aid. You will be able to use your own initiative and work with minimal supervision alongside undertaking your own business development. Furthermore, you will be able to conduct your own advocacy.
Chartered Legal Executives with relevant experience will also be considered.
You must hold a full driving licence in order to travel between offices.
