You will work on a range of the highest quality of private equity work, including;

• Investments
• Joint ventures
• Public company takeovers
• IPO's

To be successful in your application you will possess the following attributes:

• Fully qualified Private Equity Solicitor (NQ - 2 years' PQE)
• Completed a Corporate / Private Equity seat or gained post-qualification experience at a leading US or UK firm
• Excellent academics
