This boutique Somerset based practice are recruiting within their established and busy Private Client team in Wells.

They are seeking an experienced private client solicitor or legal executive with at least 1 years' experience to manage their own caseload of a wide range of Private Client issues, including:

• Drafting simple and complex Wills
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Drafting Trust documents and assisting with the creation and administration of Trusts.
• There will be a requirement to advise on Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax, options for tax mitigation and preparing Inheritance Tax Returns as well as Probate applications.
• Administer estates and advise on a variety of related matters

Unusually, this firm do not operate to individual billing targets, but instead have a client focused approach - which is very refreshing, and may appeal to those in a larger firm, fed up of feeling like a billing machine!

Excellent salary and hybrid working on offer, depending on experience.
