Private Client Solicitor NQ+

Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with a well established and growing Legal Firm who are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their friendly team.

This position is open to NQ Solicitors and above.

This is an exciting and fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor who wants to progress their career in a Legal Firm that puts their people first.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Providing legal advice to a range of clients including negotiations and drafting of documentation.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
• A good understanding of the Private Client sector.
• Assuming responsibility for important elements of the work that is handled by a designated Partner.
• The ability to act independently and also work with more experienced Partners and Fee Earners on more complex and specialised matters as required.
• Management of fee income and collection of bills.

Key Requirements:-

• Good working knowledge of Private Client Law.
• Build relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Able to work on your own and in a team.
• Good attention to detail and drafting skills.
• Qualified in England & Wales.
