Private Client Solicitor , Wiltshire
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well known regional firm handling high net worth and occasionally technically complex matters.
You will be a qualified solicitor, ideally with 3 years PQE and with STEP qualification or working towards this.
You should be able to manage a mixed caseload of good value matters relating to wills, probate, estate, lasting powers of attorney, tax, court of protection, lifetime tax planning, inheritance tax matters, agricultural planning and much much more.
Working alongside assist a partner with an established caseload, you'll be working in conjunction with, and independently of, the partner concerned.
A sound knowledge of probate and deeds of variation is essential for this role. A knowledge of trusts and tax would be an advantage.
Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Wiltshire area.
