Recognised Legal 200 Firm in Birmingham seeks an experienced Private Client Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3+ years’ experience in Private Client matters to join our client’s multi awarded, Lexcel accredited, practice in Central Birmingham area. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of private client matters, whilst building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities- Wills
- Lasting powers of attorney
- Estate administration
- Advice on tax planning
- Probate matters
- Trust administration
- Building client relationships
- Business development
The Candidate- Solicitors and legal executives with at least 3 years’ PQE
- Sound knowledge of private client matters
- Experience of building relationships with clients and other professionals
- Great communication and client care skills
- Solid organisation and time management skills
- Proven attention to detail and drafting skills
- IT literate
