THE ROLE
- Draft Wills and draft/register Lasting Powers of Attorney, including dealing with more complex estates and Wills
- Manage the administration of estates with limited supervision
- Draft accounts for estates
- Clients include HNW individuals, non-domiciled individuals, and individuals with overseas assets
- The role comes with a high level of autonomy and will suit someone eager to progress their career and to carve out their own niche and develop a practice

YOU
- You'll be a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
- Experience in taking client instructions, drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and dealing with the administration of estates
- Court of protection experience would be advantageous although not essential
