Private Client Solicitor

Sellick Partnership are excited to be working with a full-service law firm who is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Lancashire.

The team is one of the leading private client teams in Lancashire and they are now looking for someone to play a part in the continued success of their firm.

The successful candidate will work directly in their Private Client team, where they will act for individuals throughout the UK and overseas on the full range of private client matters.

You will advise clients in the following (but is not limited too)

• Drafting wills
• Trusts & Estate Planning
• Court of Protection
• Drafting Powers of Attorney
• Probate planning

The successful candidate will be:

• Excellent technical skills and innovative approach to their application
• Client management experience
• Experience of working with high-net-worth clients
• Strong client focus and a commitment to a high level of client care
• Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills both oral and written
• Flexibility and commitment
