Lexcel accredited practice in Dorset seeks a experience and talented Private Client Solicitor (8 years PQE+) on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 8+ year’s PQE in private client matters to join our client’s bespoke firm in the Dorset area. The successful candidate will be managing a broad caseload of private client matters, whilst actively participating in business development activities and some management duties of the Department.

Responsibilities:

• Wills
• Lasting powers of attorney
• Estate administration and estate planning
• Inheritance tax planning
• Elderly client matters
• Business development
• Networking
• Staff Management

The Candidate:

• Solicitors and legal executives with at least 8 year’s PQE
• Previous extensive experience in private client matters is essential
• Management of staff
• Is personable and confident
• Excellent negotiating and client care skills
• IT proficient
• Commercially aware
