A leading law firm based in Cardiff are seeking a Private Client Solicitor (2 yrs + PQE) to join them on a full time permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join a growing and well-established team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Wills, Tax, Trusts and Probate. Duties will include drafting wills, trust deeds and deeds of variation, advising clients on inheritance tax matters, providing a high standard of client care to existing clients and proactively developing new client relations whilst complying with National Practice Standards.
Candidates should be 2yrs+ PQE with experience working with a busy Private Client department. It is highly desirable for candidates to have STEP membership, although not essential. Candidates must have the ability to successfully manage an individual billing target and case load. It is essential candidates have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain good working relationships, both internally and externally.
