The Role:

As the incoming Private Client Partner, you will be the cornerstone of the Private Client Services department. You will oversee a close-knit, collegiate team of professionals dedicated to serving their high-net-worth clientele. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families, understanding their unique needs and objectives.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of Private Client Advisors, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Wealth Management: Provide comprehensive wealth management and financial planning services to clients, ensuring their financial goals are met.

Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for new client acquisition and expanding existing client relationships.

Compliance: Ensure that all client interactions and financial activities adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Private Client Services within a financial institution or wealth management firm.
• A proven track record of successfully managing high-net-worth client relationships.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A deep understanding of wealth management products, financial markets, and investment strategies.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CFP, STEP, ATT) an advantage but not a necessity.
