Legal Secretary / PA to Head of Dept.
Private Client background (Wills, Probate, Tax and Trust)
Poole based
Full time permanent, 40hrs per week
£20,000 - £24,000 DOE

Our client are a highly regarded, multi-site law firm based on the South Coast.  They are regarded among the best firms in the South and have offices in several locations in Dorset.  They are looking to recruit a proven Legal Secretary or PA to work with the Head of the Private Client Department in Poole.

The ideal candidate will have previous legal secretarial experience within Private Client law.  The role involves a variety of tasks such as audio typing, file management, client care, document preparation, diary management and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

The role is busy and demanding and requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to produce a high volume of work. Good interpersonal skills, the ability to work as part of a team and excellent delivery of client service is also essential to the role.

You will need to complete a typing test prior to submission and will need to demonstrate a speed of at least 60wpm.
