A well-established Legal 500 located in Warwickshire are seeking to appoint a Private Client Legal Secretary to join their busy team.

The Role:

The successful Private Client Legal Secretary will provide full secretarial support to the department undertaking a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

* Liaising with Clients

* Typing work

* Appointment making

* Conflict checks

* Preparing case files

* Preparing invoices and cost schedules

* Maintaining filing systems

* Attending meetings

* Other ad hoc administration duties

Requirements:

The ideal Private Client Legal Secretary will have a minimum 1 years' experience as a legal secretary ideally within a private client department. You will boast excellent typing skills and strong client care. You will hold the ability to be flexible and use your initiative.

Benefits:

Salary £18,000 - £19,000

21 Days Holiday + BH + Increase with service
