As our business continues to grow, so does our need for ambitious, driven and dynamic individuals who are looking to grow with us. With that said we have an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager to join our HNW team in our Private Client department in Cardiff.


Role Responsibilities 

Reporting to the HNW Team Manager, the main objective of this role is to profitably assist senior members of the team with Estate Planning work, Lifetime Trusts (to include personal injury trusts), Wills, Tax Planning, LPA, Court of Protection work and Probate and to run their own cases with supervision as appropriate.

 

The candidate will be required to develop work from an existing client base through their own endeavours and demonstrate a pro-active role in assisting with the progression of cases, with an ability to work to tight deadlines and KPIs.  The candidate should demonstrate some level of knowledge of private client work and will be expected to take instructions from clients and provide advice face to face and over the telephone and in writing. 

 

 

Minimum Specification:

Ideally you will have a Law Degree and/or Legal Practice Certificate or CILEX qualification, although consideration will be given to other candidates who have worked in a legal environment.  Some knowledge or experience of Estate Planning, LPA and Court of Protection work, Trusts and Probate would be preferable.  The candidate should have a willingness to keep up to date with legal developments and have good research skills and be able to demonstrate excellent client care, with good interpersonal and communication skills (written and telephone).  The candidate should be self-motivated with the ability to work to deadlines, key performance indicators and income targets.
