A long standing client is looking to recruit a junior Private Client Fee Earner to work within their wider Private Client department, advising on matters such as Wills, LPA's, EPA's, Court of Protection applications and estate administration matters.

The firm is a large high street practice, offering the usual range of commercial and private client services across several offices in the West Midlands area. It is regarded as a friendly and supportive place to work, with many long serving staff members. The private client team provide advice to a broad range of clients, including wealthy individuals with business interests, investments and multiple properties.

The role on offer would require you to manage a caseload, under supervision, of will drafting, Court of Protection applications, LPA's and EPA's and the administration of Estates. You will therefore need to have previous practical private client experience, having worked in a similar department. You will receive support and on-going training.
