Devon legal practice seeks a Practice Manager.
Our client is a progressive multi-office legal practice based in the South West with 50+ staff. Offering a full range of legal services, they have a team of expert lawyers and support staff, who provide the highest levels of service to businesses and private clients. Well-established and award-winning, the firm have built a solid base of clients and have been awarded Lexcel accreditation for the quality of their services. They are now looking for a Practice Manager to join their team.
Our client is seeking to recruit a Practice Manager in Devon/South Somerset. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis, however, applications from part-time candidates will also be considered. The role will be heading up the team dealing with a wide-range of practice management matters including human resource management, recruitment strategy, staff training, partnership administration, business strategy and handling supplier contracts. The successful applicant will need to be prepared to travel across the firm’s four offices.
Be an experienced Practice Manager;
Have experience in human resource management;
Have strong skills in IT, communication hardware and contracts;
Have experience dealing with supplier contracts.
