You will demonstrate a passion for working collaboratively, and for sharing knowledge and experience in an accessible way. A genuine inquisitiveness about our business (and that of our clients) and the breadth of our real estate offering will allow you to recognise and develop opportunities. You will also need the gravitas and experience to challenge convention and processes, to influence at all levels.
In return, this new role offers the right candidate a unique opportunity to make a real difference both within an already talented and focused business group, but also firmwide where innovation is taken seriously, and is high on our agenda.
