The Role:

-To liaise with the client regularly to update them on the progress of their post completion application
-To liaise with mortgage lenders, help to buy agents and third parties to update them on any post completion stepsT
-Manage a post completions team and provide support in the team reaching their performance targets
-Identify and try and resolve any minor client complaints post completion
-Provide post completion technical guidance to the team
-Monthly review meetings with the team to assess the efficiencies and needs of the department Assist the Conveyancing Director in completing team appraisals
-To participate in training sessions regularly

Requirements:

-Technically confident
-Ability to coach
-Proactive
