A well regarded, regional firm are looking to add a post completion assistant to their residential property department. They are a multi-discipline firm and they have a first rate reputation across the North West.
You will be responsible for managing the departments files once the keys have been exchanged and they have completed. This role will require a pro-active approach to handling the files post-completion to ensure that all of the relevant documentation and forms are submitted to the land registry on time. You will also be required to deal with any land requisitions in a timely and efficient manner. It is essential that you have at least 1 years' experience working within a post completion department, training on the companies systems and procedures will be given however it is essential that you can hit the ground running.
Salary up to £24,000 along with generous annual leave and some other great benefits.
