Due to continued success we are now looking for a number of dedicated customer service
professionals to join our New Client Services Team in Liverpool. What you will be doing: Our customer service advisors are the first point of contact for anyone who may need our
professional support or guidance. This is a fast paced and varied role where you will spend the
majority of your time on the telephone talking to potential clients regarding their claims, building
rapport and gathering information required.

We offer a fantastic remote training programme that will require your full attendance for 3 weeks.
During training you will be working Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17.00pm

You will then move to a 5 day rotational shift pattern between Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm.
Saturday shifts are worked on a rotation basis with a day in lieu.

Responsibilities Include:
• Understanding the needs of clients, empathising and providing a high level of client care at
all times.
• Receiving incoming new enquiry instructions via telephone, email, webchat and capturing
data correctly.
• Collating information with high accuracy throughout the initial enquiry capture process
• Contacting clients and obtaining additional information to assist in the appropriate
allocation of their file. About You:
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to relate to people and build strong working relationships with customers.
• Excellent IT skills
• Great attention to detail
• A positive can do attitude
