have a proven track record of working successfully with some of the UK’s largest and most
prominent insurers and brokers. We pride ourselves on offering an agile and flexible solutions to

We are expanding and we are looking for a number of Polish Speaking Claims Handlers to join our
Service Provision team in Blackpool. This will be a fast paced and varied role where you receive all
inbound calls from potential customers and process claims through an agreed call framework. You
will efficiently & accurately manage the claim process allocated from initiation to conclusion
ensuring all processes & timescales are adhered to. It is an essential requirement that you are fluent
in written and spoken Polish. What you will be doing:
• Answering inbound calls from potential customers
• Answering all customer enquires
• Ensuring all calls are answered within agreed timeframes and adhere to agreed schedules
• Ensuring all customer data is entered and stored confidentially to minimise breaches of data
• Recording accurate, clear and detailed notes that fully represent all communication About you

• Fluent in both written and spoken Polish and English
• Previous experience working in a fast paced customer focused environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a target driven environment
• Excellent Communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Good written standard of written English and proficient IT skills.
