Planning Solicitor

A top 100 law firm is looking to bolster their highly regarded Planning team with the hire of a junior associate, to be based in their modern Central London office.

You will be joining a team that acts for a broad client base including developers, landowners, house builders, corporate occupiers, institutional and private investors and charities.

You will be responsible for running your own caseload of planning matters including:

• Draft and negotiate section 106 and infrastructure agreements
• Assist with planning appeals, court challenges and enforcement matters
• Undertake due diligence for and advise on planning aspects of real estate, funding and corporate transactions

Alongside managing your own caseload, you will be assisting Senior Associates & Partners with more complex matters.

This role would be suited to a newly qualified solicitor that sat a planning seat during their training contract or a qualified solicitor with one year post qualification experience within an established planning team.
