The multi-office East Midlands law firm is now recruiting for a Planning Law Solicitor for its Nottingham, Derby, Leicester office(s).

You will work under the wider Legal 500 ranked Real Estate department and manage a varied caseload of work including, but not limited to:-

  • Advising clients in relation to applications and appeals;
  • Representation on judicial reviews and planning appeals;
  • Negotiating S106 Agreements and Unilateral Undertakings; and
  • Planning due diligence in connection with Corporate and Real Estate transactions

You will be technically strong with an eye for detail, be a good communicator and possess excellent client care and business development skills.

There will be ongoing personal and professional support and the opportunity for you to develop your career within this area of law at a progressive and forward thinking law firm.
