An opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join a boutique firm in Birkenhead as the Litigation Manager.

The Firm

- Renowned for their expertise in personal injury
- Located in Birkenhead - Accessible from Liverpool and the Wirral

The Role
- Personal Injury Solicitor required to become the Litigation Manager
- Manage a small team of Fee Earners, Solicitors and Administrators
- Assist with financial and regulatory requirements of the firm
- Ensure that the Litigation's team performance is good and that targets are met
- HR responsibilities including interviews, appraisals and disciplinary reviews

The Candidate
- Personal Injury Solicitor with 3 years PQE+
- Managerial experience
- Strong litigation experience and technical knowledge
- Proclaim experience
