Defendant PI Team Leader, Manchester

The Role:

This leading insurance firm based in the heart of Manchester are now recruiting for an experienced Motor Solicitor for a Team Leading opportunity in their busy defendant RTA team

Experience Required:

This opportunity will involve managing experienced Motor Claims Handlers and we are therefore looking for defendant candidates with a suitable level of technical knowledge and supervisory experience.

You will be responsible for managing performance in line with service levels and targets, training and development of the team, dealing with complex issues as and when they arise and appraisals.

Ideally you will be coming from another defendant team as they need some someone to hit the ground running. However strong claimant applications will be considered. You must be a qualified Solicitor for this role.
