PI / Clinical Negligence Associate

An opportunity for an experienced PI/Clinical Negligence Solicitor has become available to join a Top Tier, National firm based in Surrey at Associate Level.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the leading specialist PI teams in the Country and work closely alongside market leading professionals within Clinical Negligence.

The right candidate will have at least 2 Years' PQE and will have ideally worked within a recognised leading PI/Clinical Negligence team previously. Previous involvement in business development duties would also be preferable.

You will be expected to manage a busy workload whilst delivering the utmost client care and communication standards. Experience in running your own caseload with minimal/ no supervision would be an advantage.

You will run your own caseload whilst simultaneously working closely alongside the Partner and Senior Associates within the team on a variety of larger, more complex cases.

You will provide advice in relation to injury or loss suffered as a result of any type of treatment by doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals and operate as specialist personal injury advisers especially for serious injury claims involving brain and spinal injuries.
