An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor to join the Personal Injury department of a well-established and reputable law firm with offices in West Sussex, Surrey and London. You will be working on a high-quality caseload for a variety of clients on multi-track, large loss and catastrophic personal injury claims.

You will be providing an excellent service to clients who have sustained severe injuries alongside a caseload of matters which could include Brain Injury, Spinal Injury, Amputee Cases, Catastrophic Injury And Fatal Accidents.

You will be:

* Managing a mixed caseload of high value matters
* Attending to clients of the firm
* Drafting various legal documentation
* Dealing with complex matters
* Active involvement in business development and networking to bring or attract claims to the firm

Desirable Skills:

* UK Qualified Solicitor, Foreign Qualified or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience

* Have previous fee earning experience within PI / Clinical Negligence
* APIL accredited
* A following is desirable, but not essential
* To have had previous client contact and attendance at business development events

The candidate will also be self-motivated, flexible and able to demonstrate a high level of organisational skills.
