William James Recruitment, experts in legal recruitment, are currently working with an established, Legal 500 firm based in Stoke on Trent who are now seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.
The successful candidate will be joining a highly regarded Personal Injury team and previous experience within RTA and EL PL is essential. You will be able to confidently manage your own caseload as well as provide support to the wider team as and when required, therefore you must be able to multi task and have excellent time management skills.
Duties (including but not limited to)
- Managing your own Personal Injury RTA EL/PL caseload
- Preparing various legal documentation
- Ensuring all emails and documentation and correctly filed
- Dealing with new client enquiries
- Opening client files
- Obtaining and reviewing medical records
