Personal Injury Paralegal - Birmingham - £to25k

William James Recruitment, experts in legal recruitment, are currently working with a Legal 500, established firm based in Birmingham who are now seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team on a permanent, full time basis. 

The successful candidate will be joining a highly regarded Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence team and previous experience within these areas are essential. This role will see you supporting one Partner whilst also helping support the wider team, therefore you must be able to hit the ground running and possess excellent time management skills and high levels of initiative. 

Duties (including but not limited to)

  • Supporting 1 Partner and the wider Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence team
  • Preparing various legal documentation
  • Ensuring all emails and documentation and correctly filed
  • Dealing with new client enquiries
  • Opening client files
  • Obtaining and reviewing medical records
