Do you have experience in managing fast track accident claims?
This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring, enthusiastic lawyer to join their highly successful Litigation Team based at their National Fast Track Centre.
You will have experience of handling fast track personal injury claims and an ability to maintain excellent client relationships.

You will manage a full caseload of fast track RTA claims which have exited the MOJ Portal process at any stage. You will be highly organised, ensuring early decisions to litigate are made and cases are progressed proactively to settlement or trial. Day to day responsibilities will involve liability investigations and evidence gathering, undertaking legal research, instructing medical experts and Counsel, attending on clients and witnesses to prepare statements, assessing quantum and preparing schedules of loss, preparing court papers and dealing with all necessary procedural steps to progress the case to trial. Providing the best possible client care and upholding their best interests will be at the heart of everything you do.
