I am currently working with a niche legal practice based in Manchester. Due to expansion, the firm is currently looking to recruit a RTA Litigation Team Leader to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience dealing with personal injury matters, particularly RTA claims. You must have strong communication skills as you will be responsible for the operational management of a litigated RTA team. You will run your own caseload as well as mentoring and developing your own team.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience within Personal Injury
• Ability to manage own workload as well as your team
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Able to work efficiently on own initiative and as a Team Leader
