Personal Injury Legal Secretary - Bristol
We are actively seeking a Personal Injury Legal Secretary.
The role will involve assisting and supporting the fee earners providing exemplary secretarial services. This role involves more than just typing and basic secretarial/admin duties, it will provide you with an opportunity to expand on your skills and knowledge by undertaking duties such as drafting court documents and preparing trial bundles as well as producing documents using digital dictation and case management systems.
You must have a friendly and professional attitude, be adaptable and willing to be part of a team, whilst working closely with the Solicitors/Legal Executives.
The role would suit someone who is organised, works well under pressure, accurate, has an aptitude for learning and excellent attention to detail. The candidate should have strong spoken and written communication skills and must also work well independently and as part of a team in order to meet deadlines.
IT skills and experience of using Microsoft Office is essential and candidates must also possess 4 GCSE’s grades C or above including English and Maths.
You would be working in a friendly open plan office in a busy fast paced environment.
