Due to continued growth, an excellent opportunity has become available for a Legal Assistant to join a well respected law firm in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. You will be working within a vibrant and friendly team assisting clients at the initial stages of personal injury claims.
Previous experience working within a telephone-based customer service/contact centre environment and keen interested in law is desired.
Working hours - 37 hours per week on a rota basis (working 1 late shift in 4 and 1 weekend shift in 4) Firm Benefits:

You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as you will have contact with clients on a daily basis.
Duties include:
- Making outbound and take inbound calls from customers assisting them in utilising their legal expenses insurance or providing options if they did not purchase this product
- Collating data accurately and effectively
- Convert referrals into personal injury/ULR claims by ensuring clients are aware of the services available to them
