Pensions Lawyer - Top West End Law Firm - Central London

Our client, an extremely well regarded, West End law firm is looking to add to their market leading Pensions team. You would be joining a well-established team with a strong client base of both employers and trustees.

 

The firm are ideally looking for a candidate with between 2-6 years PQE however they are flexible and will consider more experienced candidates where appropriate.

 

The role would involve:

    * Providing advice on contentious pensions matters including disputes between trustees and sponsoring employer, rectification applications and professional negligence claims

    * Delivering thorough and effect pensions advice and technical analysis to trustees and sponsoring employers 

    * Drafting scheme documentation which may also include updating governing documentation

This is a very exciting opportunity to work for a Pensions team with a very strong reputation within the market. The role is offering a competitive package and our client is looking for someone to start at short notice.
