Based in our York office, we are looking for a Corporate Partner to lead an established team, further develop our corporate offering within the Yorkshire region and play a pivotal role in support the strategic growth plans of the Commercial Division.

The successful candidate will be a strong technical expert with extensive experience acting and advising in relation to the full spectrum of transactional and corporate advisory work including holder agreements, articles of association, incentive schemes and general corporate governance issues.

The ideal candidate will be as comfortable advising small business clients, as they are in supporting large corporate entities and should have a proven track record of acting for clients with a turnover from £5m up to £50m.

Alongside the requisite technical expertise, the ideal candidate will be a strong leader, a strategic thinker and an individual who can translate their ideas and work alongside the BD and marketing team to maximise our services to clients and look to grow our client base.

Core people management skills are essential, with the role providing an opportunity for the successful candidate to build, engage and develop an existing team.

We are especially interested to hear from well rounded candidates who feel that they bring the required technical knowledge and experience alongside excellent communication skills, strong leadership ability, and the drive and capability to realise growth for the firm.
