Are you an experienced child law solicitor considering a new challenge? You may be working as a partner already, or be an associate or senior associate keen to join a team with a clear and transparent progression process and genuine prospects for partnership. Either way, our established team in York is hiring and we are keen to hear from you!

We are ideally looking for a team member with a minimum of 8 years PQE (flexible for the right candidate) and with extensive experience in handling a broad range of publicly and privately funded children matters, including care proceedings. You will be an accredited member of the Law Society Children’s Panel and have experience in acting for parents and representing children through their Children’s Guardians.

The ability to build and maintain relationships with Guardians is key, and whilst an existing following would be a strong advantage, it is not essential.
