The Housing Group at Womble Bond Dickinson has a deserved reputation for providing high quality legal advice, acting as trusted advisors to many of the key players across the sector. It's one of the largest of its kind covering the Private Rented Sector, Build To Rent, Student, Retirement, Public Sector, Social, Affordable and Development including Housebuilding, with a client list that includes some of the largest and most well-known organisations in the sector. It's also a sector which is experiencing significant growth having seen its revenue double in the last 5 years. Now firmly established as a national team, we're looking for a Partner or senior lawyer and/or team, to join us and lead the development of the practice in our Bristol office.

Our transatlantic combination, just over 12 months ago, is already delivering great results and has given us a solid platform for growth. Whilst the US links are creating great opportunities for our clients, and our business, we've by no means forgotten our roots and our regional heritage remains central to our business strategy. What we're looking for
Bristol has always been important to our growth strategy, and this is a great opportunity for an ambitious Partner not only to come in and develop the Housing practice in Bristol, but to also work with a fantastic group of partners in growing our wider Bristol offering. We're looking for a partner with a credible track record in this sector, capable of delivering growth and increasing revenue for the Real Estate Business Group. You'll also be expected to support and drive the wider strategic vision of growth for Womble Bond Dickinson. But as well as driving our business forward, you'll have an equally important role to play in the development of our people, coaching and mentoring and taking responsibility for their career development.
