A Senior Paralegal/ Junior Lawyer is required to join a local authority on a part-time basis of roughly 21-25 hours a week from September.

The local authority in question have some interesting projects occurring; as a Planning Locum your caseload will consist of routine Planning matters; from Nomination Agreements, Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace (SANG) and Strategic Access Management and Monitoring (SAMM) agreements.

The role will predominately be remote but completion would require some office working. Please be aware, the office is Covid-secure.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor to expand on their Planning experience, as this is a support level role. This is also great for solicitors looking to pick up extra hours and work alongside a supportive team.

Required skills and experience:

  • Proven experience and knowledge of Planning within a local authority
  • As a minimum requirement, you must have experience working as a Planning paralegal
